2022 National Arts in Education Portal Day

The 2022 National Arts in Education Portal Day will take place on Saturday, 5 November at East Quad, TU Dublin, in partnership with TU Dublin School of Art and Design and the Conservatoire of Music and Drama, and the Erasmus+ International Teacher-Artist Partnership (I-TAP-PD) PD Project.

Solo percussionist and composer, Dame Evelyn Glennie will be joining us for a special in conversation talk with Mark O’Brien, Executive Director of The Abbey Theatre. We are delighted to also partner this year with the Erasmus+ International Teacher-Artist Partnership (I-TAP-PD) PD Project who on the day will explore and share emerging learning within the Erasmus+ KA2 Initiative 2020-2023.

Autism Spectrum Disorder and Fundamental Movement Skills Practical Workshop

Kerry Recreation & Sports Partnership (KRSP) have organised an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) practical workshop which will be presented by Dr. Susan Crawford.

This is a follow-on workshop which attendees of the Autism Spectrum Disorder and fundamental movement skills online webinar series are encouraged to attend. However, this practical workshop is not exclusively available to attendees of the webinar series, it is available to anyone with an interest in this topic.

This is a practical ASD and Movement Skills workshop suitable for coaches, parents, volunteers, teachers and SNA's.

This is an ideal opportunity for anyone interested in this topic to engage with Dr. Susan Crawford who has a Ph.D. in autism and movement impairment from the University of Limerick and developed the ‘GetAutismActive’ online resource kit.
