This workshop is aimed at Junior Infants to 2nd Class and is 30 minutes in duration.

With the arrival of spring and the season of new growth, this workshop is going to discuss the Tasty Tomato. We will discuss its seeds and plant growth, and we will make a delicious ‘no-cook’ recipe with the tomato as the main ingredient. The recipe will also be linked back into the Food pyramid.
Choose a level of engagement that is suitable for your class. Recipe does not require weighing scales or specialised equipment. Details on what is required in terms of ingredients and equipment will be sent with your classroom resource pack after registration.
