This workshop will be run over two session in Tralee Education Support Centre. It is suitable for teachers of Junior and Senior Infant classes. It may also be suitable for Special Education Teachers.

The workshop will support teachers in the exploration of:

• The development and acquisition of mathematical skills in the Number strand
• Mathematical language as central to instruction
• Use of appropriate mathematical equipment for infants
• Problem-Solving as a central methodology.
• Alignment of Ready Set Go Maths within the New Primary Maths Curriculum
