Target Audience: Primary Teachers

The aims of this webinar are:

1. To consider the key components of a school’s ‘strategic plan’.
2. To present Looking at our School 2022 quality framework, noting significant changes since 2016 version.
3. To introduce Circular 0056/2022 included in Next Steps: SSE 2022-2026, Phase 1 & Phase 2
4. To illustrate approaches to analysis of LAOS 2022 as an aid to optimisation of SSE 2022-2026 with particular reference to Teaching & Learning, Leadership & Management.
5. To reference key priorities across teaching, learning, equity and inclusion within National Wellbeing goals, Digital Strategy for Schools, Education for Sustainable Development and National Curriculum goals.
6. To identify links to National Framework for Children’s and Young People’s Participation in Decision-making, TUSLA Child & Youth Participation Toolkit which is included in Next Steps.
