- Creating boundaries for a work life balance
Bio of Presenters:
Ann Lynskey and Aoife O’Connor, Principal and Deputy Principal of Tierneevin N.S., reflect on their experiences and strategies for job satisfaction and sustainability in their roles.
Ann has been a Teaching Principal for 14 years. In addition to her M.Ed. in ICT, Ann has completed the Diploma in Coaching Skills for School Leaders. Aoife has been teaching for 17 years and has many years of experience as Deputy Principal. She recently completed her M.Ed. in the Leadership of Wellbeing in Education.
