A Comprehensive Guide to Designing Structured Movement Breaks for Children. This workshop will give you strategies and techniques for designing meaningful movement breaks that can be scaled to meet a child's specific needs. The workshop will involve practical demonstration and give you the opportunity to try some moves out for yourself!
Bio of Presenter: Liath Sheehan

Liath Sheehan is an Occupational Therapist based in North Cork. She works with children and adolescents from 0-18. She is currently undertaking a PhD in the area of Developmental Coordination Disorder. Her passion is providing child-led therapy that focuses on building independence and involves a child’s entire support system.
She has completed additional training in sensory integration, cognitive behavioral therapy, feeding therapy and mindfulness for children with additional needs.
