Can we feed a future population of 10 billion people a healthy diet while preserving the planet's resources? This is a question asked by the EAT-Lancet Commission on Food. The answer was yes, but only if we transform eating habits, improve food production and reduce food waste.
This talk will discuss the key recommendations from the EAT-Lancet report and provide students with practical tips and advice on how they can improve their dietary choices to benefit not only their own health but the health of the planet.
