    capacity

Many teachers demonstrate leadership every day in their classrooms, departments and staffrooms without recognising it as leadership.
Unlock Your Leadership Potential is a series of two reflective and practical webinars designed specifically for teachers, supporting them to recognise their own leadership capacity, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to lead with clarity and authenticity in school settings.
These webinars are particularly suited to teachers who may be considering leadership roles, or who feel hesitant about stepping forward despite having strong leadership qualities. Grounded in real classroom and school experience, the sessions provide a supportive and non-judgemental space for reflection, discussion and professional growth. Teachers will engage with practical tools and guided reflective prompts that can be applied immediately in their own classrooms, departments and wider school communities.
