Date:     Monday 13th & 20th April  2026
Time:     7.00 - 8.00 pm
Venue:  Online via Zoom

Target Audience: Primary Teachers

This 2-part webinar series explores concrete and visual ways to explore the basic number facts for MULTIPLICATION and DIVISION (aka Tables) with children, in such a way that they:

  • gain a better understanding of the connections between and among these number facts
  • are enabled to develop and use thinking strategies to perform mental calculations beyond the traditional limits of tables.

The webinars will also explore a variety of approaches and activities, most based on simple, readily available resources, that can be used to foster mathematical modelling, rich maths talk and the development of a productive disposition to maths, all of which are also key pedagogies of the 2023 Primary Mathematics Curriculum.

Presenter: Claire Corroon
