As the school year moves into its final phase, many educators find themselves running on empty. Reclaiming Your Energy: A Practical Wellbeing Session for All School Personnel is designed to offer a reflective space, grounded in evidence, to help staff reconnect with what sustains them both professionally and personally.
Drawing on the PERMA wellbeing framework, this session explores simple, research-based strategies that can make a meaningful difference even during the busiest weeks. We will look at:
This session aims to offer not only practical tools but also a a space to pause, reflect and recharge supporting all school staff to finish the year with greater clarity, balance, and self-sustaining energy.
Bio of Presenter: Emma Lynch

Emma Lynch is a positive psychology practitioner, wellbeing facilitator and career and life transition coach. Emma’s work focuses on supporting individuals through group workshops and 1-1 coaching to find the clarity, direction and goals they need to thrive in both work and life.
Emma has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is accredited by the EMCC. Emma also combines her experience in positive psychology and coaching psychology with a 13 year career in human resources.
