Bio of Jigsaw:

At Jigsaw, we are here to make sure that every young person’s mental health is valued and supported. Mental health can affect every aspect of a young person’s life. 

We understand and support young people’s mental health. Both online and in our services around the country, advice and support is made available to young people aged 12–25 years-old.
