This webinar is an introduction to the science of character strengths and how it can enhance classroom connection and collaboration. Character strengths are those things we do well, often and with energy. Bringing a strength lens to the classroom has been shown to have a positive impact on engagement, performance and learning.

Bio of Presenter: Dr. Clara O'Byrne PhD., M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil., B.Sc., B.A., HDE
Dr Clara O’Byrne is a Chartered Psychologist, (Coaching and Education). Clara is a former NCSE advisor (Behaviour & Wellbeing) and a former special school teacher. She has a particular interest in positive psychology and how the science of wellbeing can support classrooms and communities to flourish and thrive.
