The introduction of the new Code of Practice for the Prevention of Bullying at Work has put an increased emphasis on the importance of Dignity and Respect in the workplace. School Principals and Leaders have a responsibility to ensure their staff are fully aware of both their rights and responsibilities with respect to Dignity and Respect in the workplace. This webinar will ensure your employees have an increased understanding of the Dignity & Respect at Work policy, be informed of their options under the policy and develop an understanding of how to respond appropriately to bullying and harassment within the workplace.
