Session 1 - Full Circle CBT Skills Programme: Monday April 8th April 2024 @ 7pm
This bespoke workshop was created for SNA’s as a resource to implement self-care strategies based on the CBT model. SNA’s will be given space to examine CBT strategies and create a self-care plan. The aim of this workshop is to create daily practices based on healthy cognitions, positive stress management and helpful behavior patterns.
Session 2 - Supporting Children to Regulate: Monday April 15th April 2024 @ 7pm
This workshop explores managing challenging behavior and supporting children through dysregulation through cognitive behavior modification. Participants will become familiar with co-regulation techniques, self-directed behaviors, cognitive skills and behavior modification.
Session 3 - School Avoidance: Supporting Children: Monday April 22nd April 2024 @ 7pm
This workshop will explore practical ways the SNA can support children as they experience anxiety around attending school.
This workshop will explore:
- The functions of school avoidance
- Signs and Symptoms
- CBT techniques to support the child.
Bio of Presenter: Nicola Culloty
Nicola Culloty is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. She offers online CBT to individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions. Nicola provides onsite and online training to workplaces and schools. Nicola has completed a Masters in CBT and Diploma in Traumatology and PTSD. Nicola is specialised in the area of stress management and using CBT techniques to reduce anxiety, increase productivity and build relationship based practice in the workplace.
