Target Group: Teachers who currently hold or aspire to positions of leadership in primary and post primary schools

The course will address the following themes:

• Defining Middle Leadership
• Models of Leadership and their application
• Establishing and creating a vision for the role of middle leader
• Leading teams
• School Self Evaluation for leaders
• Conflict management
• Preparing for Interviews

The course will have a practical focus and will provide opportunities for participants to engage in discussion and share good practice.

Harry is the Leader of the Positive Behaviour Management strand of  Masters in Education Programme at Trinity College.
