In the Eye of the Storm: Leading Schools in Challenging Times: A Bitesize Leadership Series for Principals

The last two years have brought with them an unprecedented set of challenges for schools. The impact on staff, students, communities and on school leaders themselves has been profound, and the ongoing uncertainties and ambiguities around where we are headed at any given time have compounded this.

In a series of 30-minute modules tailored to principals and the challenges they are currently facing, these bitesize sessions will explore strategies and methods for managing communication, staff relations, workload, overwhelm and stress in the current climate, even as it rapidly changes. Grounded in evidence-based best practices from coaching and positive psychology, the series will also incorporate strategies for how to affect positive change in any situation.
