Comhar is a Professional Development Programme for Assistant Principals I and Assistant Principals II in both Primary and Post-Primary schools.

The purpose of the ‘Comhar’ programme is to develop the leadership skills of Assistant Principals to enhance their efficacy so they can effectively occupy positions of strategic importance in their schools.
