Date:     Thursday 28th January 2026
Time:     4.15 - 5.45 pm
Venue:  Online via Zoom

Based on the NEPS resource Supporting Pupils with Literacy Difficulties using the Continuum of Support (Post Primary), this webinar provides a comprehensive overview of how post primary schools can adopt a structured, problem-solving approach to supporting pupils who experience difficulties with literacy, including pupils with dyslexia. It outlines how the Continuum of Support can be used to identify needs early, plan targeted interventions, and monitor progress in a systematic and collaborative way.

The webinar explores the roles of teachers and school teams in implementing evidence-informed strategies at classroom, school support, and school support plus levels, with an emphasis on inclusive practice and differentiated instruction. Practical examples are shared to illustrate effective approaches to assessment, planning, and intervention, supporting schools in developing responsive, consistent, and sustainable literacy supports for all learners.
