This is not an information session for the Deis Literacy & Numeracy Summer Camps. Further details in relation to these camps can be found by contacting Navan/Dublin West Education Support Centres.

The purpose of this webinar is to support teachers and organisers to develop a fun, engaging and meaningful Summer Programme that will benefit all participating students. This webinar is designed so that teachers will leave with a better understanding of how to identify students for the programme, design a timetable that has a wide variety of activities that reflect this year’s theme and how to work as a team to deliver a relevant and student-centred programme.

Bio of Presenter: Nikita O Reilly

nikita o reilly

Nikita O’Reilly is a teacher in Coláiste Bríde, Clondalkin and has acted as the Organiser and Manager of the Summer Programme since 2023. In addition to this, she has been the LCA Co Ordinator since 2022 and has an abundance of experience dealing with students who are most at risk of educational disadvantage.
