The Leaving Certificate biology curriculum contains 22 mandatory experiments that students are required to perform over the course of the two years. It can be daunting for teachers to prepare the chemicals for these experiments, select the most appropriate pieces of equipment and decide on timings for their duration. This webinar is aimed at student teachers, NQT's and those whom teach Leaving Certificate biology that require additional support when preparing for practical activities in the classroom.

The webinar will outline tips and tricks for preparing and carrying out experiments outlined on the syllabus. Participants of the webinar will receive a simple practical guide and checklist for helping them prepare for practical activities.
