In this webinar, Claire will provide practical advice on how best to approach the Shakespearean Single Text, including:

  • Guidance on how to contextualise Shakespeare for your students
  • Methodologies that support the reading/learning of the texts in the classroom
  • Particular focus on Hamlet and King Lear as currently relevant
  • Guidance on the teaching of key themes, language and imagery and characterisation
  • A breakdown of past exam questions
  • Guidance on how to approach reinforcing quotation
  • Sample answers and presentations
