Target Audience: 1st to 6th years - Especially relevant for Exam years
This workshop series will explore how thinking and behaviour patterns have an impact on stress levels and results during exam time. Students will be introduced to Cognitive Behavioural techniques which will reduce stress, increase motivation and improve information retention. This interactive series will give learners a toolbox of CBT skills to use before and during exams. Students will receive a resource containing the skills for practice outside of the session.
Bio of Presenter: Nicola Culloty

Nicola founded Full Circle CBT™in 2020. She provides webinar and on-site training to school staff, service providers, agencies and companies. Nicola has facilitated parenting groups and worked closely with parents of children in her roles as teacher, therapist and HSCL. Nicola provides training in the area of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She also provides parenting support to parents of both young children and adolescents. Nicola provides online therapeutic support to children and teenagers of all ages.
