A Webinar for Leaving Cert Students & Parents or Guardians

This webinar will highlight and explain the important things that students and parents or guardians need to know in order to use the CAO Change of Mind facility correctly ahead of the FINAL deadline on the 1 st of July at 5pm and to explore the many career options open to them after Leaving Cert outside of the CAO.

This is a very stressful time for Leaving Cert students and the main focus right now is on getting through the exams after a challenging two years. The FINAL deadline for CAO is July 1 st at 5pm and it is essential that students have finalised their course choices before the deadline as they cannot be amended after this date.

In this webinar I am going to walk through the steps of how the CAO Change of Mind facility works, what happens at the CAO Offer stage, what students need to do to make sure that they have the best chance to secure a college place in Autumn 2022 and the common mistakes to avoid when using the CAO Change of Mind. I will also highlight the many other options that are available outside of CAO.

This training is for Leaving Cert students and parents/guardians who ….

  • Are confused and want to learn about how the CAO system works,
  • Are worried about making a mistake when using the CAO Change of Mind facility,
  • Are worried about points, not getting the course of interest and want to make sure they have back up plans in place,
  • Want to know about the many options available outside of CAO,
  • Want support with making career decisions at a stressful time.
