This webinar is for anyone applying for posts this summer who wants a better understanding of how the recruitment process actually works. It’s not an interview prep webinar. Instead, it will talk through the process itself, all of the steps as per circular 44/2019, including how CID works, how panels work, the different types of contracts, and what to expect from the interview and appointment process. The aim is to make the whole thing a bit clearer and easier to navigate. Presneter: Trina Golden Trina Golden is a primary school principal with experience in school leadership, teacher recruitment and supporting staff at different stages of their careers.
