25TRA080 Playful Learning For All
Dates: Wednesday 5th March 2025
Time: 7 - 8 pm
Venue: Online via zoom
Target Audience: Primary Teachers
Playful learning is especially impactful for children with additional needs, providing an adaptable and engaging way to explore new skills and concepts. It allows children to learn at their own pace, using hands-on activities, sensory play and interactive experiences that cater to diverse learning styles. Through play, children with additional needs can enhance communication, social skills and motor skills in a supportive environment that encourages creativity and self-expression. This approach helps to build confidence, fosters inclusion and ensures every child has the opportunity to enjoy learning and personal growth. Play should be in every classroom, for every child, every day.
