RP has been growing in popularity in schools over the last decade or so. Sometimes seen as a new or alternative approach, it is at heart something actually quite old and that you already do. It’s primary focus is on relationships. This webinar will take you through the core principles and skills, reassure you that it’s nothing you’re not doing already, give you some immediate takeaways, as well as letting you see that one of the best reasons to start is the benefit to self - less stress, more success.

Speakers - Joe Power & Louise Lynch

Joe Power is an independent RP trainer/facilitator and a Quality Specialist with CDI Tallaght. He was previously Development Officer for Limerick and has worked with dozens of schools, both primary and secondary from one off Croke Park sessions to whole school implementation. He also employs the values and skills of RP in his own life.

Louise Lynch is a teacher in Mungret Community College, Limerick and RP trainer. She has trained staff and students in RP and utilizes all the practices in her own teaching.
