Target Audience: Open to all Early Years Educators with all levels of training from levels 5 - 10.

Clare, Navan and Tralee Education Centres in collaboration with Dee Finn (M.Ed) offers a practical three-part series of webinars aimed at enhancing educators' knowledge and practice working with children under three years of age.

This series of webinars will provide educators with:

  • Ideas on how to build trusting and responsive relationships with babies and toddlers
  • Knowledge of how to create a programme that provides for the developmental needs of very young children
  • Awareness of how to create a developmentally appropriate learning environment

Participants will be offered reflective questions and practices for consideration between each webinar.

This is the course for you if you are seeking to:

  • Develop your knowledge of working effectively with babies and toddlers
  • Build your skills in an important area of early childhood care and education
  • Further develop your own professional learning and development

Dee Finn, hailing from the beautiful West Cork, holds a degree in Early Childhood Care and Education from Mary Immaculate College, Limerick as well as a Master of Education from Victoria University, Wellington. She believes all children are born with immense potential. She hopes throughout her work she supports a growing understanding of child development and provides encouragement to parents, family members and early childhood care and education professionals who nurture children in their early years to grow in their full potential.
