This webinar is for all those who are considering organising a SEN Summer Programme or considering working on a Summer Programme in a Mainstream Primary/Post Primary School.
This is not an information session for the Deis Literacy & Numeracy Summer Camps. Further details in relation to these camps can be found by contacting Navan/Dublin West Education Support Centres.

In this webinar the Department of Education Inspectorate will give an overview of the SEN summer programme for both Mainstream Primary & Post Primary Schools.
The inspectorate will give two separate inputs on the SEN Summer Programme Guidance Document one for Primary and the other for Post Primary Schools.
Orlaith Hennessy will give an overview of her experience of the summer programme in her Primary school.
Narrell Byrne will give an overview of her experience of the summer programme in her Post Primary school.
A team from the Department of Education will answer questions in the background through the Q&A function. Some of these questions may be addressed orally at the end of the webinar time permitting.
