- Looking into the variables underpinning sensory agitation from a different perspective
- Looking into the distinct types of sensory feedback that pupils seek

Bio of Presenter: Muireann Sadlier
Muireann Sadlier is a Primary School Teacher who has worked in inner city DEIS settings in Limerick city and special school settings.
She has completed a postgraduate study in SEN at St Patrick's, Drumcondra as well as the postgraduate diploma in SEN in Mary Immaculate College, where she completed her Masters (MSEN). This study examined communication & behaviour.
Following this she was seconded to the SESS for 4 years and subsequently to the NCSE for just under four years. In these roles she wrote and delivered seminars for education settings on literacy for the special school, numeracy for the special school, working with non verbal pupils, adapting and differentiating the curriculum for pupils with varied learning profiles, managing challenging behaviour, yoga & mindfulness in the school setting and wellbeing in the school setting. Currently she delivers bespoke CPD to school staff via Zoom.
