Teaching is demanding, so managing stress is essential. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, is a simple, self-applied tool that helps lower cortisol and calm the nervous system. Sinead will show teachers how to use EFT to manage daily stress and stay grounded in the busy school environment. These basic skills
can also be shared with students to support them in dealing with climate anxiety and exam stress.
