Experiencing stress is an unavoidable and inevitable part of life however, as a teenager’s first experience of high levels of stress often coincides with exams, this can leave them feeling overwhelmed.  This information session for parents/guardians will focus on helping you to identify signs that their child may be struggling to manage exam stress.  It will also give you as a parent/guardian, a range of strategies to help support your child through periods of exam stress.

By the end of this session parents/guardians will be able to:

  • Approach the topic of stress with their children as part of everyday conversation in the home.
  • Help their child manage stress using a variety of approaches and strategies that can be adopted by the whole family.

Ask any questions they may still have regarding how to support their child through exam time.
