21TRA432 Thinking Skills in the Junior Cycle Classroom

All teachers want to help student become better learners. Purposeful on-task talk is very important in student learning. Through a series of practical examples, this workshop will help participants to plan and structure group activities with student thinking and talking at their centre. All of the strategies will be transferable across topics and subjects and will complement the aims of the junior cycle programme.
